1. App just dont cleanly shut down when going to homescreen.The only issue I have with the app on my television is when you go into the app it tends to freeze shut the app out and then I have to go back into itThe app is realy disappointing.. the only way I can watch anything is if I record it first.. if I paying for the services I should be able to watch wat I pay for wen I'm not home.

2. So I will miss recording shows in the future that I'm not even yet aware of missing.App has to be forced closed or firestick needs to be restarted every time we go yo watch it.

5. Since latest update there are shows listed in the recorded section that take up space but have nothing listed and can't delete.

6. Also, the update caused plenty of shows in the scheduled section to change to "unknown" so not knowing what they were I had to cancel.

1. Fix VidLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VidLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VidLink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VidLink" » Open VidLink by OptiLink » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VidLink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VidLink by OptiLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VidLink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VidLink by OptiLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VidLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VidLink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VidLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VidLink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VidLink not working

2. Fix VidLink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VidLink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VidLink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VidLink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
