1. App just dont cleanly shut down when going to homescreen.The only issue I have with the app on my television is when you go into the app it tends to freeze shut the app out and then I have to go back into itThe app is realy disappointing.. the only way I can watch anything is if I record it first.. if I paying for the services I should be able to watch wat I pay for wen I'm not home.

2. So I will miss recording shows in the future that I'm not even yet aware of missing.App has to be forced closed or firestick needs to be restarted every time we go yo watch it.

3. But a little priceyI enjoy the morning TV movies such as zDr Quinn medicine women& the 3 Angel's helping other humans learn pm their own by doing what god wants humans to learn frm the rights n wrong humans do towards to one another.

4. I am very disappointed in this app and it's pointless to have it if I can only use it when I am home.. the point of me wanting this app is so I can watchawesome watch tv anywhere I love the streaming.

5. Since latest update there are shows listed in the recorded section that take up space but have nothing listed and can't delete.

6. Also, the update caused plenty of shows in the scheduled section to change to "unknown" so not knowing what they were I had to cancel.

7. I wanna be able to watch my shows on my this app when I away from home.

8. Our diety is a very jealous god he wanted his human who he took away frm isrealites to to love n respect him, no other gods to obey or bowel down before him.

9. So dont get in a hurry to watch TV.

10. I can only use this app when I am home what is the point in that I watch my TV wen I am home.

1. Fix VidLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VidLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VidLink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VidLink" » Open VidLink by OptiLink » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VidLink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VidLink by OptiLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VidLink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VidLink by OptiLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VidLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VidLink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VidLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VidLink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VidLink not working

2. Fix VidLink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VidLink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VidLink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VidLink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
