1. Although not always possible I would avoid this interface.Does not work keeps saying thanks for your patience while we update app it has been 3 weeks and customer service just says uninstall and re install.

1. Fix HTC TV MAX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HTC TV MAX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HTC TV MAX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HTC TV MAX" » Open HTC TV MAX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HTC TV MAX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HTC TV MAX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HTC TV MAX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HTC TV MAX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HTC TV MAX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HTC TV MAX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HTC TV MAX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HTC TV MAX then reinstall.
