1. I don't have these issues with Mobile Gas App.Nice!! (saying it sarcastically) Just one thing that this is for and it doesn't work properly, and that is to pay at the pump without having to use cash (if you don't have any at the time) or a physical card and get some savings at the same time, just through the app.

2. When I first used the pay at pump feature it was easy and a time saver, but for the past couple months the pay button did not work.

3. You'd think that a company that made record profits of $40bn in 2022 could make a customer loyalty rewards app that works consistently.After the initial setup of making an account and adding a payment method, it works really well.

4. Something to be aware of, however, is that most, but not all, Shell stations have been upgraded to support payment through the app.

11. You can use the map functionality within the app with the "Pay & Save" filter turned on to filter out any Shell stations that randomly don't support the app.

1. Fix Shell Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shell: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shell App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shell" » Open Shell: Fuel, Charge & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shell » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shell: Fuel, Charge & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shell servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shell: Fuel, Charge & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shell app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shell might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shell. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shell then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shell not working

2. Fix Shell Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shell be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shell not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shell may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
