1. Each time it sent me an email instructing me to click on a link to reset my password, but the "link" wasn't clickable and didn't work when I tried to copy and paste it into my browser.

2. Most major important features don't work, like finding your location to find a shop, and account setup is awkward.

3. This app is trash 100%I wanted to sign up for a Jiffy-Lube account so I could receive discount offers, but the app won't allow me to create an account, as it requires a password but will not allow me to create a password.

4. Giving up and deleting app.Wish it actually worked the way its designed, your able to add your car or cars to it which is cool, but it won't update with the services you need or services you have done nor does it let u manually add the services you've had done.

5. And even trying to get around that and trying to get a quote doesn't work, it keeps saying location undefined or network error occurred.

6. Shouldn't the company just allow owners to opt in or out of being on the app, so I don't have to request quotes from unresponsive franchises?Useless! Why have an app that all you can do is find the locations? I can Google them faster.

7. While setting it with my vehicle info it tells me that it cannot be found in the Jiffy lube database type in different info or add another.

8. As soon as you create an account it asks for a license plate number or VIN, neither yielded any results and I was left to manually enter my vehicles year make and model.

9. When setting up your profile and setting up your location, the input functions do not work.

10. One location never responded, and the other took around a month (and wasn't complete).

11. Jiffy Lube is franchise-owned, so the company may not have oversight on each store's compliance with using the app.

1. Fix MyJiffyLube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyJiffyLube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyJiffyLube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyJiffyLube" » Open MyJiffyLube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyJiffyLube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyJiffyLube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyJiffyLube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyJiffyLube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyJiffyLube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyJiffyLube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyJiffyLube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyJiffyLube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyJiffyLube not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyJiffyLube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyJiffyLube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyJiffyLube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
