Car Manager Customer Insights

1. It is no longer connecting with my account and consistently loosing my whole data.App does not provide a full data export of the inputs saved, only a total kilometer reading based on first and last spedometer saved.

2. There is no option for insurance or other taxes reminders, which is essential for a car management app.I m surprised to see that there is no option for Km/Liters average like fuel efficiency in between refueling...what were u thinking in development..Its major point for domestic drivers.

3. Maybe activate this option after the 3rd expense is loadedGood and easy app, with synchronization, but still has bugs.Total km for date range shows the meter milage.

4. Another bad point was the mileage what always showed wrong values, so the reports was showing crazy numbers all the time.

5. If you want to use this app to save your travel data for tax return purposes - DON'T!I got a premium account although I gave up to use it because there are so many bugs.

6. It could have been better if it shows every trip mileage.Well done it now showing every journey's mileage.

7. Cannot access the individual trips saved, which means i have now lost the ability to honestly complete my tax return.

8. But for the last month and this month is no longer showing monthly mileage.

9. Regards Userno remider, no cloud backup, no FULL info backup, very BAD GUI, asking for Credit Cards right on start of app.

10. - It will be much better if you put daily mileage column in every activity transacted at every given time.

11. unstall after 10min.I've only just installed the app, difficult to rate when I haven't loaded my first expense.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Car Manager Issues

1. Fix Car Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Car Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Car Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Car Manager" » Open Car Manager - Expense & Fuel L » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Car Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Car Manager - Expense & Fuel L app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Car Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Car Manager - Expense & Fuel L" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Car Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Car Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Car Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Car Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Car Manager not working


2. Fix Car Manager Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Car Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Car Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Car Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
