1. I had posted a 5-star rating a year ago; I've deleted it and will reinstate it when this issue is resolved.Excellent audio quality...but... when I use this app on my Android phone with a Bluetooth speaker, it skips occasionally.
2. In future updates, I'd love not to have to keep logging in, love audio not to keep dropping out when bluetoothing to my car stereo and love chromecast compatibility.I love Neil, but this is without a doubt the worst streaming app I've used.
3. Playing videos can be tiresome on the phone 📱 as it takes a while to get rolling and reorienting seems to upset it.Was difficult to navigate & get to know what the app offers, but over time I figured a few things out.
4. The sound quality of the free tracks was excellent so it's a shame the rest of the app doesn't function properly. The music, the news, the filing cabinet - it's all there and a pleasure to explore.
5. Other than that, it's great to be able to sample such a vast catalogue for $2 a month. The app crashes all the time and lacks functionality, for example, the ability to create your own playlists, or to search for songs by their name.
6. Still not 100% with using certain readings & at one point tried making a donation to one of Neil's concerns & was unsuccessful after several attempts.
7. Also, it would be nice if you could download some of the songs onto your device so your data consumption is not over the roof when selecting the Hi-Res optionThis app is an alright idea with an awful execution.
8. The options to set the bit rate to avoid a nasty phone bill are welcome and at hi res with good headphones music has never felt better.
9. Would definitely like to see it improve as I want to stay a customer. It's good but could be better eg allowing resumption of tracks, especially concerts, and videos.
10. I believe the app can use some tweaks to become more easily navigated ... but as it is with much of new technology ...Awful experience with this site and app.
11. I love Neil Young's work but this app is awful.
