1. It would be nice if it would bring up your favorite location or even the location you previously ordered from when clicking "start order" because I don't keep my location services on so it brings up random locations in different states.

2. Literally cannot order via this appFull of glitches, everytime I try to order food, it let's me pick items, kicks me back out, I get an error message and the app requires me to sign in again.

3. Now when I make a payment it takes me to the login screen and doesn't even tell me an order was placed.

5. Logged out, can save or update CC, viewing orders, order status, etc have all been broke at some point in the last year.

9. I understand if you need to charge extra for this, but at least make it an option!Has all the options to add or remove from your order, including individual ingredients.

10. But it's after 10pm and you can't place orders for future days, so no way to create an order or see the menu.

11. Last order on time, before (same day went 2x) the order was over 20 minutes late.

1. Fix Shake Shack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shake Shack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shake Shack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shake Shack" » Open Shake Shack » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shake Shack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shake Shack app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shake Shack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shake Shack" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shake Shack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shake Shack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shake Shack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shake Shack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shake Shack not working

2. Fix Shake Shack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shake Shack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shake Shack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shake Shack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
