1. Second time, it simply showed the spinning circle for 3 minutes before I bailed (650mbps wifiComplete Trash - Rewards Are A Joke! I had an offer for a free specialty shake.
2. With a pickup, curbside, or carhop order near $20, it keeps giving error messages that I need at least a $7 order for delivery....though I'm not placing a delivery order.
3. They should not have gotten rid of the old app if they replaced it with one that doesn't even work.Went to grab some lunch today, and had no idea there was any kind of data migration that had happened.
4. When choosing to start the order it also only shows "in store" as the pickup option so I guess for all this "convenience" you can't mobile order and go through the drive thru.
5. Clearing Cache & Data / Reinstalling has allowed The App to work for a few minutes once, but then starts crashing again.
6. ) To make things worse, when trying to report the issue, the "submit" button doesn't work.

8. Basically The App is useless, screenshot your rewards barcode and order online to save yourself the headache.

10. When attempting to call (multiple times) the number given in the app, repeatedly disconnected.New version of the app doesn't load.
11. Tested on multiple phones, The App crashes most of the time upon opening and if it just happens to open on the hundredth attempt, then once you tap anything once, it crashes.
