Why should I report an Issue with Messenger for Pokemon GO?

1. I've loved Pokemon since a young child and still love it now! This is slightly addicting and a great way to kill time while traveling from point A to BGood concept of an app but not very useful if no one in the area has it.

2. Thanks for making it though and keep up the good work.it's pretty well made IMO, but i feel like there should be a friends list and such.

3. if it dont stop, im gonna delete it.I would give it a 5 if it would work properly on all my devices - phone(s) especially having the hardest time loading and keeping up with my movements.

4. i can't tell if these are adults or not, but i feel like it's a bit inappropriate for an app that is made for (possibly) people 13 and older.

5. Still trying to figure out some stuff but most is really easy to learn.Surprised that it's still there after 2 years! Of course it can not fulfill it's purpose as there aren't any users locally at 50km radius.

6. I tried to disable the overlay chat bubble in the settings but it doesn't go away.

7. Doesn't seem invasive as an app, but you have to give it permission to add a chat bubble to PoGo.

8. my reason is because i saw some messages with people not only saying they're horny, but asking for sexual favours as well.

9. as well as an option to keep people from contacting you without being your friend/permission.

10. For example: If we are in a raid typing and telling it to friends are little bit long, direct giving pictures of raid will be easier.

1. Fix Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messenger" » Open Messenger for Pokemon GO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messenger for Pokemon GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messenger for Pokemon GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messenger not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
