1. i have recently undownloaded this and i would say that this app is a waste of storageIf I could rate zero star I would I went to the app I clicked 3D and nothing happened I tried 3 more times and nothing happened this was very disappointing I thought this would be fun but it's to good to be true not to critisise the creator but this app is just a waste of time and spaceI appreciate that they are upfront about it when installing the app, but I do not appreciate that you cannot opt out of data collection.

2. Just improve the image processing time faster pleasei picked a photo and it said something went wrong so i tried again i ended up trying 10 diffrent times until i realized there are apps like this but way better.

1. Fix Toonme Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Toonme: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Toonme App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Toonme" » Open Toonme - Cartoon Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Toonme » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Toonme - Cartoon Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toonme servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toonme - Cartoon Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toonme app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toonme might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Toonme. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Toonme then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Toonme not working

2. Fix Toonme Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Toonme be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Toonme not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Toonme may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
