1. It's very frustrating when I try to log in and it gives me the login screen, the verification screen to send a text to my phone, and when I put the code in, it just gives me a grey screen and loads for hours, and never loads.Now I tried making a payment on the app, that was a no go! had a 45 dollar payment due, didn't have an option to change payment amounts.
2. I had to call 1-800 # and paid on the phone instead of app! I'm sick of these apps that insult people's intelligence and I have to select a state from a pulldown or not being able to insert the date manually or put your own data!App worked great up until this last update that changed the layout, now the login area has no boxes to input information or anything.
3. Needed proof ID cards immediately, because apparently mine were expired and wasn't sent new ones, got pulled over and couldn't access my policy through the app! And OF COURSE customer service was also "currently unavailable" by phone.Frustrating. Hands down the most frustrating app i have.
4. I can make my payments but it seems like it's always trying to charge extra payments after my full billing cycle has been paid for almost two months before my new policy is even in effect.
5. I explained the situation to them, the lady said something completely irrelevant to fix a busted app.It would be great if yu had the option for a "calculator" I'm car shipping right now and I'd like to be able to get an idea of how much my insurance may be while looking at cars.
6. Why? Who uses this app more than once or twice a month to pay insurance or double check something???? Then despite knowing the email and password it demands that I receive a verification email and put in a code EVERY.
7. Nevermind getting into checking my information because the phone won't let me close one email to check the code from another... let's talk about about the app literally in "pending download" for two hours before I finally gave up.
8. Basic stuff for this kind of app imo.Keeps saying password or email is incorrect, but realized I'm able to log in on the website with same information.
9. Makes a person wonder when it comes time to actually use the insurance what that would be like...App has been broken for about a month.
10. Everything I need to do with my insurance is just a click of a button and my bill is paid or my next months insurance card is available for print.
11. it's a bit disappointing If these problems would be fixed then I could say full 5 stars.I have not been able to get this ap to work for several months on multiple devices.
