1. Vagaro has definitely made it so easy to run my business and control my booking schedule.The two stars are for the years of great service I experienced, until now.

2. Plus their support is easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful.The app is extremely inconvenient, if I want to see my co-workers schedules I have to go in and individually select them every time, it also only allows me to see 7 at a time on the screen.

10. Doing the hard upfront will pay off as I grow, but the frustration is high right now, since I'm not great with tech stuff.Solid. They charge for every little thing, which can be a bit frustrating.

11. The set up process for credit card processing is time consuming and not the easiest to work with.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vagaro Pro Issues

1. Fix Vagaro Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vagaro Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vagaro Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vagaro Pro" » Open Vagaro Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vagaro Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vagaro Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vagaro Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vagaro Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vagaro Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vagaro Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vagaro Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vagaro Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vagaro Pro not working


2. Fix Vagaro Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vagaro Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vagaro Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vagaro Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
