1. Vagaro has definitely made it so easy to run my business and control my booking schedule.The two stars are for the years of great service I experienced, until now.
2. Plus their support is easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful.The app is extremely inconvenient, if I want to see my co-workers schedules I have to go in and individually select them every time, it also only allows me to see 7 at a time on the screen.
3. Overall, it's nice, but I work at two different locations, so, I can't let clients from one location selfbook b/c it doesn't give the option of limiting services to a certain location or day (that I can figure out).
4. Takes some time to set up if you offer a variety of thingsI really like Vagaro for scheduling.
5. I rely on this app to run my business and now I'm having to keep a PAPER BOOK so I know when my appointments are because this app is so unreliable.
6. I haven't been using this to it's full extent yet but being a former Square user this is a huge step up.
7. Easy scheduling, reminders for appointments, online access are all pluses.
8. That being said, I think a lot of the features are great for a growing business.
9. A lot of the time it doesn't notify me in advance until I refresh a few times, I also don't like the auto lock out on computers.
10. Doing the hard upfront will pay off as I grow, but the frustration is high right now, since I'm not great with tech stuff.Solid. They charge for every little thing, which can be a bit frustrating.
11. The set up process for credit card processing is time consuming and not the easiest to work with.
