1. Please check why this app shows this type of behavior even that I have reinstalled and re-login since last month but failed to get success.App needs alot of work I register the app to check the hajj package the app crashes usernames and password need to be simplified it's asking so many unnecessary details right In the begining guys make it simple and get it log in by mobile number does that make senseIt's always giving me "incorrect entered data" while I already input the right passcode sent to my email.

2. Pathetic! Login never works.keeps crashing and never shows the availability to enter the Rawdah, the customer service is so poor the only thing I heard from them after trying several times to speak with different customer service operators they all have the same reply '' keep trying every half an hour'' this is really rediclous, I tell them the app has a bug and keeps crashing and never shows the availability the ony reply they have is keep trying.

3. Uninstall&reinstall the apps, reset my password and email yet still the same, and decided to call Help Centre + providing the 'Data Error' code, they promise to solve the issue within 3-4 hour or 24 hour, but after a days of my report it still unresolved.

4. Try updating the app after the developer provides a fix for this error."Creating my account with all correct entered data but during log in, it always show 'data incorrect', redo again with the same correct details yet cant log in.

5. While adding a companion, there's no option to add, but it shows an EDIT option and it is for special services for disabled.I have visited holy city Makkah after 6 months and try to get permit from both holy mosques but unble to get.

6. So, I uninstalled the app then login again and type the same id and the password.

7. I got frustrated using this app.Login doesn't work.

8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but it does not work.

9. In the morning I cannot login, the app crashed.

10. FIX APP or just delete it and find another appropriate way for holy placeAfter registration I had logout since it was midnight.

11. Calendar all days shows always gray colour.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) Issues

1. Fix Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously)" » Open Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) not working


2. Fix Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

  • I am going to perform umrah on 20 جزاك اللهُ خيراً‎ November 2023 so I had installed nusuk app where I plan to offer prayer at rawdah on 21 st nov 2023 though I can not be able to permit in rawdah in women section .     My mom just got her visa to go to Saudi and do Umrah but I can not register her on the app (for my dad everything is good).
    When I completed the info then entered the OTP code I received this error: "10010016 Incorrect entered data".
    All the info is correct, and I have the app's latest version.

    I performed all the trouble shooting steps including

    Clear Cache
    Un-install, re install app
    Tried on another device to register

    But still no success.

  • I am trying to create my user to book the Visit to Roza e Rasul and Riyaz Ul Jannah. But every time it asks for the verification code. When I enter the correct verification code.   • My father's Nusuk account is blocked because he attempted to log in several times with wrong OTP.
