1. 0 otherwisegrrWhen you are browsing motion detection videos on sd card, please could you make it so that it shows what video you have already viewed, like have the video you have just watched be highlighted or ticked, as sometimes there are more than a hundred clips to browse and if I look away for a couple of seconds and go back I forget what video is next to view or what video has been seen, thanksFour days ago camera was working OK then the color went to just black and white.

Keep shoppingZero tech help or service camera works fine but any features are confusing and the booklet is as nearly useless as their email tech support which promises responses in 24 hours its been weeks! The videos that are created when the camera is triggered do not show up till nearly 6 hours later..even though I have an extra memory sd card.

Much better than the 4 camera systems with a boxed hard drive.Since the recent app update,the camera keeps disconnecting from internet,keeps sounding the alarm with no way to switch it off,keeps resetting itself and all settings are lost,no recording any thing Please could you fix this ThanksDoes the job but lacks some manual settings.

4. I have the Ctronics PTZ outdoor security camera and it would be good to have an update that adds some manual exposure settings, as well as the ability to switch the IR LEDs off at night.

5. This becomes a problem when you want to have it look out of a window and the LEDs reflect back off the glass, blinding the camera view.

6. My last camera was fixed with night vision and that was it, nothing fancy before suddenly stopped working.

1. Fix Ctronics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ctronics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ctronics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ctronics" » Open Ctronics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ctronics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ctronics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ctronics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ctronics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ctronics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ctronics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ctronics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ctronics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ctronics not working

2. Fix Ctronics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ctronics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ctronics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ctronics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
