1. After two weeks.... Its a joke, and doesn't change my rating.How to pause tracking and save the progress? I pressed > (triangle right) button not to press stop and everything was gone!!Very good app! So far no bug!I've bought the pro version, it is a good app.

2. Why it needs access to things like photos I don't know.... probably spy technology.Even the paid version does not do what's promised, e.g. show correct time.

3. Don't even know if it's recording or not, but you can't play it for sure your recorded route as requires payment.It's no good.

1. Fix Route Recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Route Recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Route Recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Route Recorder" » Open Route Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Route Recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Route Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Route Recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Route Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Route Recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Route Recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Route Recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Route Recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Route Recorder not working

2. Fix Route Recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Route Recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Route Recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Route Recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
