1. The only hiccup I have with it is the apply for products feature, I wish they can make it I such a way that I can just upload my compliance documents when applying for products such as fixed deposit account instead of goin to the bank.
2. Firstly it doesn't open my camera ,the scanning page remains black until the app prompts me that "the Scan session is expired I should retry scanning" .
3. Manually scanning is successful but then on the image review page the "Use this Image" button is dead ,doesn't work .
4. I want to close one of my accounts, but none of the accounts I have with the bank show up in the options, meaning I cannot close the account.
5. If the bank is paying staff for this function their money would be better spent developing an automated bot.The app has been down for 2 weeks.
6. I try scanning again, it does the same thing twice with 1 minute and something seconds intervals before it actually prompts me to scan the ID Manually.
7. The app is not seamlessly smooth which is going to need a lot of work, plus it tends to just buffer and show a white screen at times for absolutely no reason.
8. Anyways, the app is really good & I can confidently recommend it.✨The app is a bit average for a banking app.. The interface was a well thought out idea and it makes it easier to navigate.
9. The app has a secure mailbox facility but this appears to serve no purpose other than to direct you to visit your nearest branch.
10. I have three accounts with the bank but can only transact on two.
11. I messaged the bank in-app several weeks ago, and I am yet to receive a response.
