1. (28 October 2019)Nice vibes, staff are more than visitors, which is a good thing in a way, valet service is free as advertised, when we arrived, it was 690! Seriously! Which is more than 10× the ticket price, and wasted an hour of our time to find a damn parking, that unbelievably overpriced and greedy, anime village were wonderful, VR area are nice, DJ should be more than 1 person and none stop, maybe take a careem ride there, especially if going in the weekend, other than that, the app is useless use the web!!This app is an embarrasment to the middle east.

2. Horrible application, keep telling me "User Not found" , even when i create new account and got the verification email takes me to a page saying (service temporary not available), very bad back end design.The app functionality is OK.

3. It has been a while since Jeddah Season has launched the app should've been error free by now.Great app! Very good graphic design.

4. Overall I felt quite frustrated that my interest was piqued and but couldn't figure out things.Signed up and got verification email.

6. Not only do 90% of the buttons not work, but the designs of some of the things and color pallete are hard to look at.
