1. When I open an event and back out, it takes me all the way back to the top of the list! The hosts for events are rude AF when you email them! The very worst part is, it keeps showing me events in other states, nevermind I specifically gave it permission to use my location! This app & company are unreliable and awful human beings.

2. It doesn't sort by distance, so I could scroll through 10-15 far away cities and then finally see an event in the city I actually put in the search.Interface is terrible.

3. I am giving up after 2-3 attempts, it's just unusable and annoying 😅 Pretty sure nobody uses it for searching events, rather buying tickets by directly shared event page.It's nice having a list of things to do.

4. Everytime you scroll thru search results and click on event to see the details, the back button/swipe returns to the list which is refreshed from the beginning.

5. The search filter is practically useless because it doesn't work really work except for the date filter.

6. The timer for completing your ticket purchase resets if you open anything else on your phone or if your phone goes to a screensaver, which means you'll have to re-enter all your info when you leave for a minute to find your credit card.

7. When filling out registration forms, if it doesn't like the info you've entered, it just says to fill out the highlighted sections but doesn't actually highlight anything, so you have to guess what it wants you to do.

8. Also having to start getting the beginning of a search after checking for something is very annoying as wellGood app, UX is bad.

9. But this doesn't matter because even selecting one category is useless because it doesn't filter it.

10. I have to sort through way more irrelevant entries, especially since I live near several bustling cities that would have to be a whole day event if I wanted to drive there.

11. Eventbright support indicates I can get e mail support only if I organize events paid for or free.

1. Fix Eventbrite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eventbrite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eventbrite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eventbrite" » Open Eventbrite – Discover events » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eventbrite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eventbrite – Discover events app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eventbrite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eventbrite – Discover events" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eventbrite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eventbrite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eventbrite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eventbrite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eventbrite not working

2. Fix Eventbrite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eventbrite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eventbrite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eventbrite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
