Why not fix it ?Can we at least informed why the app keeps crashing as soon as it opened??!! ممكن رد على سبب إغلاق التطبيق أول ما يفتح؟؟!!Not working on my phone (Honor 10), every time I try to open it, crashes immediately!Totally useless, don't bother installing it as it keep on showing error occurThere's a problem with the app.

2. update on 01/06/2019: still the same issues, add to that the app crashes every time I try to make a sesrchyou can't filter events by city, when you use the search option it shows events that are in other cities as in your searched city.

3. Many events are happening in this month in Dammam for example, but none of them appear in the application! Furthermore, the notification option for the current\coming events doesn't work too.

4. I missed some interesting events because the notification option doesn't work, although I made sure to turn it on in the settings.

1. Fix Enjoy Saudi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Enjoy Saudi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Enjoy Saudi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Enjoy Saudi" » Open Enjoy Saudi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Enjoy Saudi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Enjoy Saudi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Enjoy Saudi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Enjoy Saudi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Enjoy Saudi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Enjoy Saudi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Enjoy Saudi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Enjoy Saudi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Enjoy Saudi not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Enjoy Saudi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Enjoy Saudi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Enjoy Saudi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
