Thanks!Garbage app won't even let me make a lineup without signing in and signing In is a buggy mess cause the email confirmation won't send so I can't do anything.Wow, you select "Deny" when asked to let the app collect data on you then it refuses to let you use the app? We spend hundreds of dollars to attend Insomniac events already and they want to collect data to push more sales?This app used to be good, now you can't select your favorite artists or log in.

2. Doesn't have maps of the venues (which is an obvious omission)! And there's nowhere to have your ticket integrated, the only other obvious feature! Should also have a way to add your credit card, so you can just use your phone to pay for everything.I been raving heavily this past two years at insomniac events and I can't get passed the loading screen.

3. They can choose their favorite artists and it shows the time and stages they will be playing on and it even works offline.

4. Logging in through Facebook is unresponsive.It's not letting me log in and I know all the information is correct, so I can't create my schedule 😭Unable to log in.

5. I just want to set my lineup for EDC!Right now having an issue signing into app.

1. Fix Insomniac Events Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Insomniac Events: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Insomniac Events App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insomniac Events" » Open Insomniac Events » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insomniac Events » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Insomniac Events app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insomniac Events servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insomniac Events" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Insomniac Events app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insomniac Events might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Insomniac Events. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insomniac Events then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insomniac Events not working

2. Fix Insomniac Events Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insomniac Events be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insomniac Events not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insomniac Events may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
