Why should I report an Issue with Torah code?

The clipboard function is dumb, it doesn't let you use Android's built in one to select items and it only lets you search one skip at a time, there is no range preset/s, and it doesn't translate anything and word coincidences aren't much pointed out if at all except with a faint white and no dictionary link.

2. Small wonder I went elsewhere.it's ok but I can't seem to make words from Hebrew into english ,using Google translate, but it makes no sense sometimes.

3. an English version for non-Hebrew speakers? Don't really need to spend huge amounts of time parsing between the app, and a translator page.

1. Fix Torah code Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Torah code: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Torah code App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Torah code" » Open Torah code » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Torah code » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Torah code app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Torah code servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Torah code" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Torah code app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Torah code might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Torah code. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Torah code then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Torah code not working

2. Fix Torah code Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Torah code be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Torah code not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Torah code may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
