There is some problem in the app itself i had tried to call customer care also but no reply front hair end basically if any problem occurs there must be some source of communication between the user and the appI cannot access the assignments as it is asking for storage permission, although no option to do so is seen in the app settings.

2. Even after giving all the permissions it doesn't open the assignments.Very bad....The app is asking to change storage settings to "allow" when no storage option is given in the app... Thus, unable to open any assignments.

3. other permissions I have allowed but didn't find storage permission and hence not able to complete my school work.

4. Bad experienceThere is a problem in storage of the practically though there is more than enough space to storage in my android phone but still it's showing require permission for storage go to setting n storage and than permission .

5. I am using samsung f13 mobileWhile downloading assignments it say practically needs access to storage go to settings.

6. This is the worst app everytime when you see the items that we can collect by their token type thing everytime it show everything is sold out this is the worst worst worst worst worst appI can't find my school on this app and the customer service is the worst.

11. I'm facing a issue and trying to contact to customer support but didn't even get single reply from their side.

1. Fix Practically Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Practically: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Practically App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Practically" » Open Practically - Learning app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Practically » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Practically - Learning app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Practically servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Practically - Learning app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Practically app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Practically might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Practically. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Practically then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Practically not working

2. Fix Practically Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Practically be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Practically not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Practically may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
