Why should I report an Issue with TorahAnytime.com?

1. Also, that feature does not seem to always work.I was loving every minute of the app and would normally give it 5 stars but all of a sudden the app doesn't work on my phone!!!!!!! I get a message "Unfortunately torahanytime has stopped" every time I open it!!!!!!! If this problem is fixed I would give it 5 stars.Great app! Would love to see the favourite speakers option a bit revamped.

4. In the tab that says following, it should show you all the lectures that you're listening to, and allow you to pick on that Rav, and see all their available Shiurim.

5. The app often doesn't allow me to play my downloaded Shiurim, when I press the play button, nothing happens, and the app freezes, and stops working.

6. I wanna be able to see a list of my favourite speakers, instead of just a list of lectures.

7. Literally thousands of shiurim to choose from on any topic, from full length shiurim to 3-4 minute clips.

8. I will omit the details, but having all these lectures available, and now with all the updates, it runs smoothly and I can navigate better.

9. E.g. Shiurim don't show in the 'now playing' sometimes when you leave the app for, say, a phone call.

10. Would also be great to have a history of streamed content to be able to find easier.

11. My only wish is if there was a way for it to remember where you're up to for multiple shiurim, instead of just your current shiur.

1. Fix TorahAnytime.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TorahAnytime.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TorahAnytime.com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TorahAnytime.com" » Open TorahAnytime.com » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TorahAnytime.com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TorahAnytime.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TorahAnytime.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TorahAnytime.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TorahAnytime.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TorahAnytime.com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TorahAnytime.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TorahAnytime.com then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TorahAnytime.com not working
