1. I'm not the most technical expert on Samsung devices, but I can't even open this app independantly of opening a specific .pdf. Which if memory serves is the same game these softwares have been playing for a long time... the technology exists to allow users to write, edit, copy, paste, proof read, restructure text and media.

4. Lastly, the highlighter pen has a very annoying, unnecessary residue at the end when you're trying to draw&color in a shape with it.Every pdf on my phone now opens in "write on pdf".

5. When I edited a pdf and put highlights in it, saved it, then open again to edit, the highlights now cover the text behind it so you can't read it! 2.

6. This app would be perfect if I could move the scroll bar to the left side (so when i write with my right hand i don't accidentally scroll the page) and if it handles folders better.

1. Fix Write on PDF Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Write on PDF: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Write on PDF App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Write on PDF" » Open Write on PDF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Write on PDF » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Write on PDF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Write on PDF servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Write on PDF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Write on PDF app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Write on PDF might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Write on PDF. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Write on PDF then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Write on PDF not working

2. Fix Write on PDF Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Write on PDF be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Write on PDF not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Write on PDF may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
