Why should I report an Issue with CoinCalc - Currency Converter?

1. Any chance you can add manual color selection for specific currencies? I know I can turn off flag-derived colors to work around this but I do like that feature.Love your apps! Suggestions: - add a collapse/expand button or allow dragging the calculator to utilize all screen when user has lots of currencies, using amount of currencies setting isn't very convenient and calculator Uİ is broken on some devices.

2. Add option for value to default to 1 automatically whenever user selects new currency.Really great app to keep an eye on exchange rates of a large variety of fiat/crypto currencies and even precious metals.

3. - there is no way to add multiple small widgets for different currencies, as it always takes first and second currency in list, making all widgets identical.

4. Could you add a simple widget that *only* shows the currencies and rates *without* the calculator? The calculator takes up too much space on my home screen and I don't need it.

5. I love the widget which refreshes automatically to grab the latest conversion rate and it's very easy to convert to multiple currencies in 1 go.

9. However! I have one complaint, can you add a confirmation UI when swiping to delete currencies? It is too easy to accidentally delete items in the list simply by scrolling them in the wrong way, which is very annoying.

10. It's turned out though, you just need to ourchase full version as in it you can have up to 8 currencies selected at once and this improves experience significantly.

1. Fix CoinCalc Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoinCalc: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoinCalc App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoinCalc" » Open CoinCalc - Currency Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoinCalc » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoinCalc - Currency Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoinCalc servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoinCalc - Currency Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoinCalc app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoinCalc might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoinCalc. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoinCalc then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoinCalc not working

2. Fix CoinCalc Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoinCalc be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoinCalc not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoinCalc may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
