1. Normally, I would love the convenience of seeing your shedule from your own phone, but that convenience is trash if it doesn't actually workThis app is HORRIBLE! it never works, crashes all the time, doesnt load, changes schedules without a manager doing it and without notifications of doing so, and makes logging in a pain!!!! There needs to be some SERIOUS updates and changes to this app IMMEDIATELY.

2. It used to only let me log in about 20% of the time but apparently my password has been changed (which I didn't do) and whenever I try to reset my password it will not show the security questions so it won't let me reset it.

3. But it's more frustrating than useful at this point in time.It's so unreliable! Schedule changes just appear in the app when my manager isn't even changing them.

8. These are people's schedules you're messing with.The app keeps logging me out and making me sign in multiple times and telling me that my password and fingerprint is wrong about 5 times each before it says it's right.

1. Fix SBH sYs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBH sYs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBH sYs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBH sYs" » Open SBH sYs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBH sYs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBH sYs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBH sYs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBH sYs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBH sYs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBH sYs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBH sYs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBH sYs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBH sYs not working

2. Fix SBH sYs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBH sYs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBH sYs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
