1. Nothing is ever resolved.Your app is good for viewing rewards, but I had an extreme difficult time applying rewards, adding credit card info etc.

App is completely updated on my device yet stubbornly stays stuck on the load screen, or if it does rarely manage to load all the way, it glitches in other ways, such as super slow speeds, pages partially loading or not at all, the back tab bringing you way back to the start, etc.The application has many glitches.

3. In addition; when trying to do these things as well as the worst experience, paying (took 45 minutes of loading the multiple areas just to put payment info) it was pushing my phone so hard it would heat up my phone.

4. Trying to place orders and apply rewards has been troublesome lately.

5. I've spoken with customer service over and over and their answer is elite shipping isn't working and I can't combine my rewards.

6. aside from that, the app had been fully functional and I find all of what I need on here!! the 2-hour delivery feature has been great, nothing has ever arrived damaged.

7. The customer service phone fix had me on the phone on hold for almost a half hour.

8. It also makes purchasing and checkout very easy and have been essential in trying times.

9. I should be able to just click at the top of the screen where it's saying ship to me and change that to in-store pickup.

10. Instead of going into each individual item and changing my delivery method to in-store pick up.
