1. Nothing is ever resolved.Your app is good for viewing rewards, but I had an extreme difficult time applying rewards, adding credit card info etc.

App is completely updated on my device yet stubbornly stays stuck on the load screen, or if it does rarely manage to load all the way, it glitches in other ways, such as super slow speeds, pages partially loading or not at all, the back tab bringing you way back to the start, etc.The application has many glitches.

1. Fix SALLY BEAUTY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SALLY BEAUTY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SALLY BEAUTY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SALLY BEAUTY" » Open SALLY BEAUTY » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SALLY BEAUTY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SALLY BEAUTY app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SALLY BEAUTY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SALLY BEAUTY" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SALLY BEAUTY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SALLY BEAUTY might not work.
