What users are saying

1. Side note, never should have gotten a loan because it's a painful reminder that I didn't finish the degree and I didn't even take a big loan but at this rate it will be decades before I am able to pay it off. This app has locked me out multiple times, forced me to change my password and some how charged an account that had been dead for years instead of the one they had been charging.

2. Tried it multiple times making sure I typed everything correctly and still got the same message.App was great when I first started using it and now when I try to login it always says my password is incorrect so then I change it and try to login just for the same message to pop up.

3. I have to keep on deleting it because it does not recognize my username and password even tho it is correct! I have to go onto my computer more often now just to make a payment on my student loans because this keeps happening.

4. I have been trying to log in since last year to complete payments, but every time it says my password is invalid.

5. I initially thought I had the wrong username or password but then tried on my computer and it worked fine.

6. I'm also having issues where it says the password is incorrect yet i can log into the website with it just fine.

7. It asks for fingerprint auth but doesn't detect it but then says it can't detect the face which it shouldn't need a face detection.

8. Then I tried the app and all I got a message saying the username or password is incorrect.

9. I keep my username and password written down and it keeps saying its wrong.

10. And not to mention, i didnt know the loans when you need to have multiple each year the payments are seperate.

11. I have changed my password multiple times, and I know for a fact that the password is correct, but of course it still doesn't let me log in.
