Why should I report an Issue with Safety Forward?

1. Crashes, hit home, incoming call, got to start over.This is a great app for people to learn how to drive commercial motor vehicles, but every once in awhile at the beginning of the video it plays for 40 seconds and then it resets the whole video I've had this happen on multiple videos where it's adding on to the time now of me training I think it's just a big waste of time for the person who's taking this to have the video replay on them multiple times please look into thisApp crashes constantly while on loading screen.

Bravo guys, you somehow managed to get this pile of trash onto the app store.I have updated my phone and done everything suggested by my safety director and after taking the quiz multiple times it still has not registered...this is beyond ridiculous!!! This app won't even let me log out!!😡😡😡Very user friendly and easy to use.

3. no way to navigate out of it.What's the point of using this app if I can't do a pre/post trip? Every time I try to open the pre/post trip tab (on a galaxy S21U) it crashes.

4. Really hope they get their act together or major companies such as the one work for will drop them.This app constantly crashes and it's complete garbage.

5. Enables my drivers to complete their safety training when it is convenient for them.

6. 2 stars because it probably does what it's supposed to do, but it's either frustrating on purpose or cheap design.

7. An app about safe driving locks when it's in motion, not a shocker; but locks at a walk.

1. Fix Safety Forward Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Safety Forward: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Safety Forward App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Safety Forward" » Open Safety Forward » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Safety Forward » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Safety Forward app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Safety Forward servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Safety Forward" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Safety Forward app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Safety Forward might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Safety Forward. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Safety Forward then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Safety Forward not working

2. Fix Safety Forward Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Safety Forward be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Safety Forward not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Safety Forward may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
