1. The insurance info functions work, but are unnecessary - nothing you could not accomplish easily elsewhere.I don't think the app takes into consideration that when we get on the freeway sometimes we have to accelerate fast ⏩ to get up to 70 mph to merge safely because some drivers are only going between 50 and 60 when they merge.
2. Canceling my policy. The "right track" function of this app is buggy and makes frequent errors and false readings.
3. It's primary use is the Right Track program that needs all the intrusive data it can gather on you to offer a meager discount.
4. Considering it can't tell when I'm sitting still at my desk, trying to record my vehicle trip while I'm literally stationary, clearly all that data gathering isn't actually helpful.
5. Add on that you can't actually DO anything in the app, it will just open a page in your browser, I'm not sure this app actually does anything useful. It's easy enough to navigate but what's the point of having the app if it's taking me to the website anyway.
6. That doesn't matter - whatever the reason for the false readings, the effect is the same and it does not allow you to make corrections.
7. I removed a truck and driver from my insurance and they dropped my year policy only $23.
8. This is the worst idea for insurance ever!STOP!! HORRIBLE COMPANY! The app is useless.
9. Then after a month or so of drives, it loses all your drives and starts the 90 day Right track thing over again.
10. Then you constantly have to tell it was not you driving when you ride with your friends which is very irritating.Piece of Junk! It is always buggy.
11. But on the occasion you have to stop suddenly cuz some stupid idiot crosses this road in front of you you get dinged for it.
