1. Seriously? I just confirmed my account couple seconds ago with secured bank connection to add my bank card as payment option and made one successful payment already? Also why you need 24/7 location access for " unaccessible areas in the map?" when location is only needed during ride?The ryde app gps is terrible.
2. Bought Ryde Pass for 3.9€, and then went to unlock ride, the app demanded "New account verification payment" of 3€.
3. Update: sometimes scooters break down like they do with other companies, thankfully the customer service at ryde is top tier! So if there's an issue the problem has been efficiently resolved.
4. The app should automatically end ride after 5 minutes of standstill or 5 minutes it disconnects from Bluetooth.Purchased day pass (3,9€ discounted.
5. Chose a day pass as seemed more than reasonable on both myn and my daughters and when billed it was an extortionate amount, several different amounts totalling nearly £80.
6. On top of that, the customer service is saying I was in that other town, yet somehow a minute after the purchase, I was in my home town riding a scooter.
7. The app does not cancel your ryde if you go out of the app and don't use the scooter for an extended period of time.
8. The first time my day pass finished and they started charging for a new one.

10. Then, it asks to pay 50 kr before the first time, so it makes it very unfriendly for just a one time use one a tourism day.Edit: Contacted their support on email, and after some back and forth, they refunded me the 3€.
11. If I had known the amount of charges other than the pass I certainly wouldn't have used.
