Avoid carriers that put so little thought in their app.Impossible to check in online when you book through a 3rd party, ie loveholidays they change you email then and don't tell you, even when you do find it don't work, the reservation numbers don't work, this is just a scam to make you give up and just check in at the airport well there is a fee for this, not me however after 1 hour of batteling with this app I cancelled the flight and rebook with another, checked in online without any problems, I swear I.will never ever fly ryan airI was buying flight tickets and an application throw an error that I have no data connection, after restarting the app I had no error but the tickets was immediately more expensive! My girlfriend had the same experience, for me it looks like a manipulation, a programmed bug!!!Flight search never comes up any more, when it does work it takes ages to load and...

2. Good enough for a short flight, but I wouldn't travel too far with Ryanair.Awful app tries to up sell you 4 ways, 4 times for each flight.

3. Tries to get you to check in for your return flight but then won't let you without purchasing a seat selection.

4. Can't login without a code, go to emails to retrieve the code and then back into the app but the app resets itself and sends a new code so your just going round in circles never getting anywhere! Also keep getting an error msg when putting in the password.

5. Let's say that the quality is consistent with the brand: cheap and nasty.It is simple to use and generally very good, but some of the add ons offered at check-in can be potentially confusing if you have forgotten that you had already included the items in your original booking.

6. I tried to explain this at the airport but they wouldn't listen and I had to pay 55€ to check in at the desk.

1. Fix Ryanair Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ryanair: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ryanair App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ryanair" » Open Ryanair » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ryanair » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ryanair app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ryanair servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ryanair" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ryanair app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ryanair might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ryanair. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ryanair then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ryanair not working

2. Fix Ryanair Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ryanair be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ryanair not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ryanair may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
