Why should I report an Issue with hdspcam?

1. This is a special APP software.  First of all, the IPC must be connected through UID.  After the connection, it can be viewed remotely through APP,voice intercom, video playback,network camera configuration and so on.

Money fully lost, gained nothing but agony.Notification and motion detection doesn't work that means alarm mode is useless- it's pointless to have it without them - does that mean i have to be at home connected to WiFi so I could get notifications even if they would work? Don't see it useful if it's like that.

2. Indicate it is connected to my network, and I have to reset it far to often it seems or it will stay "offline" ..... BUT ... I will say that when it does work and im able to access any playback, I'm able to see it in 4k, adjust the camera setting however I see fit, zoom in/out, and the audio is crisp clear.App is slighlty better than garbage.

3. Motion detection, wifi settings, alarms, picture quality video quality, setup, settings saving, or anything.

4. The timestamp on the camera is different than the time shown on the alerts and both are the wrong time even after resyncing the time.-10, can't pull up playback recordings, will randomly lose connection from the app even though the lights on cam.

5. You have to set everything again even though the settings are still in the app but not in the camera.Crashes constantly making the cameras that it used to work with, useless.

6. Now I know how to evaluate devices - check the app review first.Okay, but motion detection can't be turned off.

7. The motion detection doesn't work.

8. WHY ON EARTH would you not add a feature that costs you nothing extra to program and adds value to the product? What if i preferred to record to my device? I gave it 2 stars because at least the app is in English.Not intuitive enough to connect to wifi.

9. Don't waste your time or money, because these cameras weren't exactly cheap and I've spent almost 100 hours setting up and maintaining the functionality of these cameras.

10. It needs an update to send you the videos or at least pics of motion detection.

11. When I'm at home I go into the app, under settings > events and turn OFF motion detection.

1. Fix hdspcam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart hdspcam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the hdspcam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "hdspcam" » Open hdspcam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for hdspcam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear hdspcam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from hdspcam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "hdspcam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check hdspcam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, hdspcam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall hdspcam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall hdspcam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing hdspcam not working

2. Fix hdspcam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make hdspcam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to hdspcam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, hdspcam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
