1. Very annoying, please resolve this issue.Need to fix the double spending within the rrfcu system.I like using the app, but can the android version not get an update like the iphone?? You can sign in with fingerprint and other stuff on the iPhone.... Come on Red River! This is the only banking app that I have to log into EVERY SINGLE TIME.

2. Ever since the last update back in March, every time I try to log in, I get messages that the connection is slow even if I have full 4G service and will only go all the way through to my accounts page about half the time after multiple attempts.

3. It can be kind of be frustrating when you need to check it before making any financial decisions to purchase and item in real time or make a sudden purchase.

4. Overall happy with the new app!Since the last update, the app no longer recognizes my phone as a registered device and must get an access code sent to me just to access my accounts on line.

5. STOP trying to improve things when all you do is make them worse!!!I love the ease of use! The security it offers in that I receive an email if my password is entered incorrectly makes me feel safe using this app.

6. It seems like a common issue looking at reviews so it really should be addressed.The last major update really improved the app.

7. Thank you.Worked fine until I got my new Note 10+ now I have to completely uninstall, reinstall, login and set up each time I want to open the app.

8. Always says "Your connection may be slow but we're going to keep trying." Minutes go by and I still can't log in, even on wifi I get the same issue.

9. Once in, everything works fine so it seems to be an issue with their sign in process.

10. Sometimes I have an issue logging on with my fingerprint after not logging on in a while; takes a bit longer or have to use password but then works again.

11. Overall works very well, and I'm happy.The Bank App pretty good some of the time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RRCU Issues

1. Fix RRCU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RRCU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RRCU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RRCU" » Open RRCU Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RRCU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RRCU Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RRCU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RRCU Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RRCU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RRCU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RRCU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RRCU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RRCU not working


2. Fix RRCU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RRCU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RRCU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RRCU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
