1. I wish through this app without queuing for long time at remittance centers.Very Useless application, we can't transaction any amount only balance we can view, but they put transaction and my beneficiary option it's not useful, I don't know we they given this option either make it as useful or else remove itI keep enter my username and password and app keep telling me it's wrong! But when i try the same information on ryiad app it logged in normally.

2. When I click on forgot password.....the app hanged / crashed.Its not working on MYPAY salary account when i get call and she asked to enter iqama number, after entering number she says there is no active card and call get disconnected.

1. Fix EZTransfer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZTransfer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZTransfer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZTransfer" » Open EZTransfer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZTransfer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZTransfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZTransfer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZTransfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZTransfer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZTransfer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZTransfer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZTransfer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EZTransfer not working

2. Fix EZTransfer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EZTransfer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EZTransfer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EZTransfer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
