1. I am always in the water for diving or river snorkeling for fossils so having this info so easily accessible without having to pull up the WMD sitea os a god save!Loved this app but in last few months it started crashing every time i go to the the map or try to set a notification.

2. Really enjoyed it when it worked.Worked great before now some of the info doesn't show and when close when trying to look at level.

3. The ability to get alerts when the water reaches a certain level if I'm out of town is also a HUGE bonus!I've used a few guage apps and this one was the final one i dl and have had it a year.

5. I live on a river so after a hard rain I keep tabs on the level.

7. Now app crashes and closes when trying to open the Map or Notifications tabs.

8. The scale labels on the graphs of observed levels are pretty much unintelligible.Anymore the app just crashes.

1. Fix RiverLevel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RiverLevel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RiverLevel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RiverLevel" » Open RiverLevel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RiverLevel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RiverLevel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RiverLevel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RiverLevel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RiverLevel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RiverLevel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RiverLevel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RiverLevel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RiverLevel not working

2. Fix RiverLevel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RiverLevel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RiverLevel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RiverLevel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
