1. Would love to rent a moped but the sign up literally does not work!!!Since the last update I've been stuck in a loop requiring me to update my phone and app.

3. The app regularly has "connectivity" issues requiring me to restart it or restart my PHONE to activate a reserved ride.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A (android version 11) and it's a mess on it: refuses to initiate if I don't have GPS turned on (you shouldn't need GPS to check payments or input codes!); you can't rate drivers (it just keeps giving you the same review screen over and over after submitting); frequently crashes.

5. The the location is not accurate, the ring option doesn't work, and when I find a revel right in front of me there's no way to activate that specific one.

6. The app is also very glitchy when entering destinations.UNABLE TO VERIFY PHONE NUMBER AND SIGN UP!! I enter the phone number that is texted to me and it always says it's invalid.

7. My pixel 6 pro is enrolled in the Android beta program, so maybe this app doesn't like that?If the driver decides to take a toll route, they charge you for the toll, extra from the quoted price.

8. Customer service says you need to ask the driver ahead of time not to take a toll route, but nothing in the app indicates to do so.

9. However, be ready to wait for 25mins for a ride, because there not enough Revel cars in NYC.

10. I had to restart and hard restart my phone to even end the ride.

11. I just walked six blocks in the summer heat only to find one with a flat tire.Only give this 2 stars, because the cars are Tesla and clean.

1. Fix Revel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Revel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Revel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Revel" » Open Revel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Revel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Revel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Revel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Revel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Revel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Revel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Revel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Revel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Revel not working

2. Fix Revel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Revel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Revel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Revel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
