1. Every time I tried to redeem one for a restaurant, it would say it was redeemed, but the credit wouldn't go away, but the certificate for the restaurant had never showed up and if I tried using that credit again, it would say "oops, not enough credits left to redeem", even though it said the credits were still there.
2. Neither the mobile version of the website nor the app will allow (or at least the function only works on the full website) manual entry of gift card code and only the full website gives any explanation of how to use the service.
3. the customer service wasn't helpful, they would just send you photo instructions to your email that dont helpCan't get logged into my account on the mobile app anymore.
4. This makes it difficult when you are in a restaurant trying to Redeem the certificate with the waiter.
5. Decided to exchange them back to cards and I can only redeem one $5 credit at a time.
6. my suggestion is try to log-on from the web browser on your phone.Does not work like it says, nor does it give you the "deals" it claims.
7. My issue is more with the actual service itself, how they work deals and how you claim them.
8. But this one is a waste of time! I only downloaded it because of a T-Mobile deal and it doesn't work.
9. The terms and conditions for each deal doesn't show up until after you redeem it.
10. 😡I have tried a few times to login into the app but it will not work even though my login and password are correct because I can get in online.
11. Trying to exchange a deal back to your original credit is impossible.
I no longer want this Restaurant.com app, it barley has anything in my area and I do not use it please delete this app under GDPR or CCPA laws. The email associated with my account is marly7622@redacted. If it is not deleted there will be 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.
