Now digital will not open half the time.love being able to read the paper online! however there are frequent problems loading the correct issue or bringing up an article that I have highlighted to read.The app is sluggish, changes size without warning, and no longer allows one to look up other editions or query help.Love the digital print version! I was able to keep up on local news when we spent 18 months traveling.Easy to use ap.

2. It's great that you can view the paper in the visual newspaper format, and when you select an article can read it easily in a text version.

1. Fix RGJ eNewspaper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RGJ eNewspaper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RGJ eNewspaper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RGJ eNewspaper" » Open RGJ eNewspaper » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RGJ eNewspaper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RGJ eNewspaper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RGJ eNewspaper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RGJ eNewspaper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RGJ eNewspaper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RGJ eNewspaper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RGJ eNewspaper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RGJ eNewspaper then reinstall.
