1. Update: I received a text alert saying that when u get a notification it then provides a link to the map that corresponds to zip codes with alert.While chilling at home this weekend I received 5 alerts letting me know that there was possible roadblocks in my area.

2. I had this service set up to send text notifications of traffic stops and road blocks in my area before they released the app.

3. Nobody can be notified about Checkpoints, speed-traps, accidents, traffic jams or detours if they don't get reported! If you see something, say something! (When it's safe to do so, don't text and drive!)Disappointing! No more text message now and most reports are false or inaccurate at best.

6. All I can see when I open the app is a chat form, a call button, and the relaid logo button (which when you click on it, it's just a blank screen that just says 'relaid').

7. Also, they really don't specify how you can report something since they just do things strictly through the app now, so the other day when I tried reporting a wreck, then later that week tried to report 2 road blocks, nothing.

11. I have 2 cells, (not for the plug or the ho's), and I get notifications on the phone that idont use, but I look at the one that I have with me 24/7, and there's not the first notification.

1. Fix Relaid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Relaid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Relaid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Relaid" » Open Relaid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Relaid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Relaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Relaid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Relaid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Relaid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Relaid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Relaid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Relaid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Relaid not working

2. Fix Relaid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Relaid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Relaid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Relaid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
