Senstroke Customer Insights

1. What about left handed or open handed? Seems no way of using the advanced rock kit with the actual sensors? Why does it lose all the configuration settings and you have set it up every time you start the app?Latency, unsynchronized every 30 seconds, update taking too much time for the triggers, and increase latency even more.

2. I got to say, the concept is a really good idea but it need a lot of improvementThe recent update fixed lingering orientation issue cause no/wrong pad effect.

3. Still significant latency and other improvements need but now usable!It's fun but it's more a toy than a drumkit to learn and play drums.

4. Whoever wrote the app is neither a drummer nor a user interface specialist.

5. And some triggers just crash during updates and you can reboot them at all.

6. Ok, but needs a lot of work.

7. I hope the Senspad will be better.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Senstroke Issues

1. Fix Senstroke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Senstroke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Senstroke App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Senstroke" » Open Senstroke - Connected drum » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Senstroke » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Senstroke - Connected drum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Senstroke servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Senstroke - Connected drum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Senstroke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Senstroke might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Senstroke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Senstroke then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Senstroke not working


2. Fix Senstroke Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Senstroke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Senstroke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Senstroke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
