Why should I report an Issue with Razer Nommo Pro?

1. Could be improved by providing more granular control over bass and volume, currently it's hard to increase/decrease volume by single stepOften won't connect at all when the speakers are off.

3. Why does this exist? Why do I need an app to "configure" my computer speakers? Why when the speakers are controlled via the synapse app?Firstly connects, then just shows the device but never connects.

4. Combined with speakers automatically turning off after 20 minutes of inactivity broken remote is a major frustration.I read on a forum that this app will let you disable the horrid stand by mode these things go in.

5. Hopefully they actually update this more, but it looks to be a big no on that.This really isn't Razers problem, but whenever Google updates their OS software on my pixel phone it frequently breaks the connection to my nommo pro volume control.

6. If it does connect and you exit the app, it will have a hard time finding the device if at allWorks nicely, connects fast, but uses a bit too much battery when in use.

1. Fix Razer Nommo Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Razer Nommo Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Razer Nommo Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Razer Nommo Pro" » Open Razer Nommo Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Razer Nommo Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Razer Nommo Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Razer Nommo Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Razer Nommo Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Razer Nommo Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Razer Nommo Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Razer Nommo Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Razer Nommo Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Razer Nommo Pro not working

2. Fix Razer Nommo Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Razer Nommo Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Razer Nommo Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Razer Nommo Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
