1. GOOD APP!ABSOLUTE TRASH Received this card from my new job tried using it to pay my bills and rapid pay REPEATEDLY denied my payments due to "insufficient funds" while my entire paycheck sat in the checking account.

2. The $1 fee they charge for the transaction to instantly deposit the money into my local bank checking account is a very small price to pay for the convenience of getting my money instantly.The interface is super clean and snappy, far better than the old app.

3. So far I haven't noticed any glitches, so hats off to the developers for coming up with a better more responsive app.I've been using this card for a long time, I even got my customized card! The app is easy to use and set up is a breeze.

4. Can't enter my card into my account for some reason though, I've tried multiple times with my existing Rapid card.

5. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!Ever since the update I can no longer see the account that I have money deposited into from every paycheck.

6. People, the app and services to me are almost unmatched, I would dare to say that the only other company or app that can actually go toe to toe with this would be Chime and thats a lot to say coming from me! 10/10The functionality seems to have been diminished.

7. Now I've lost multiple credit cards because they were closed for FRAUD and I have late fees on EVERYTHING! my credit will take years to recover from the mess this company caused me.

8. Why hasn't Rapidpay done this yet? Other than that, I do like the card, and the new app is a little better than the old one.I find the new app to be functionally better than the previous version.

9. Also it won't let you get your change it's going to round to the nearest dollar and keep all your cents.Retired. Work p/t for enjoyment & play money.

10. An error message keeps popping up, "500002, 501, Update recipient profile info failed from fsv" which I have no idea what it could mean.

11. Odd since I have both the routing and account number and when researching online the research points me back to their bank.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix rapid! Pay Issues

1. Fix rapid! Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart rapid! Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the rapid! Pay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "rapid! Pay" » Open rapid! Pay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for rapid! Pay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear rapid! Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from rapid! Pay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "rapid! Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check rapid! Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, rapid! Pay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall rapid! Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall rapid! Pay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing rapid! Pay not working


2. Fix rapid! Pay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make rapid! Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to rapid! Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, rapid! Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
