Why should I report an Issue with Radio USA: Online FM Radio?

1. My only complaints are that I haven't found a way to reorder or categorize favorites, I would love to see a unified international version rather than separate apps for each region, and lastly it keeps asking me to rate it 5 stars (a pet peeve of mine that kept me from rating it at all for a long time).There are some serious problems with this app.

6. The biggest is that with recent updates, it is no longer possible to see the last 5 or so stations in your list, unless you hit the X button to stop playback.

7. I highly doubted any of these 'radio apps' would have my favorite station because I live in a rural area and it's a Christian station.

9. The interface to find stations and genres is good.

10. I have music apps with no commercials oe talking, but there's just something I like about hearing the radio jockey every now and then.

1. Fix Radio USA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radio USA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radio USA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio USA" » Open Radio USA: Online FM Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio USA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radio USA: Online FM Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio USA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio USA: Online FM Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio USA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio USA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio USA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio USA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio USA not working

2. Fix Radio USA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radio USA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Radio USA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Radio USA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
