1. I feel there is very little user experience within the app, not very intuitive with suggestions, recommendations, curated playlists, etc..This was the biggest short coming for me.Generally speaking Qobuz is a fine alternative streaming service, especially for classical music listeners with one major caveat: besides some minor bugs are the terrible breaks (brief pauses) right in the middle of the music, like in the Gardner Peter Grimes, for example.
2. I'm happy with Qobuz in general, and the sound quality is great, however on my phone the app was often taking several minutes initially to start playing music, offline or streaming, which was very annoying.
3. It needs better search of library by genre etc!!I was looking for a streaming service that offered high-quality music files, and after making the rounds with the likes of Spotify and Tidal, both of which I paid for premium access, I choose to give Qobuz a try.
4. This is unacceptable and Qobuz should offer an explanation to its subscribers.I love that Qobuz supports the artists more than some other popular music apps! Plus, the audio quality is 👍👍👍.
5. Tres bien!! I have been back and forth with Tidal, Amazon etc and when all is said and done I find Qobuz to have the best quality of music and an app that is the easiest to maneuver.This music app is good, but It could be better.

Good... it works as intended and is very stable (I'd rather have less features and stable than many features and wonky), no crashes, provides high rez when available, easy to navigate albums & tracks, and favorite Bad... overly busy interface because of superfluous content and marketing that can't be hidden, does not sync across devices, navigating back to playlists can be convoluted, no down vote optionGave it a try again.
7. It's as if the buffering is slow! I've tried to troubleshoot this, but if there aren't any fixes soon I may have to find another music app to subscribe to.Love this site!! Only reason I gave it 4 was due to Chromecast being a bit slow and a bit dodgy at times.

10. Having a Mastering background, I appreciate a less compressed sound with much cleaner high end frequencies and smoother low end, but it's just not enough to replace other major streaming services.

For the second time in a few months, you have summarily cancelled my subscription without notice as you have been "unable to collect payment". But my credit card is and has always been in order, with headroom of several thousand pounds. The problem lies at your end. If you use the correct procedure you will be able to take payment and restore the subscription. You must do this at your end, and you must do so immediately. I will not "renew" my subscription, and I will not attempt to solve this problem for you. If this happens again in the future I will not contact you t all and will move to a rival service such as Tidal, which will very likely be run more efficiently.
