Qdroid Customer Insights

1. Would give 5 star rating if can show left and right earpiece actual battery level.It didn't work at all on my android 7, and 4 taps mode for volume up or down isn't working either on my zenfone 5z android 10 (only work as battery indicator and I also doubt for it's accuracy).

2. However, the result seems obvious, the app still doesn't work!!! Buying the pro version of this app is the second stupidst thing I ever did in the Google Play Store.

3. This application does not work at all! Most functions are not applicable to my Hayloy-GT1 earbuds.

11. Just wasted my data for download it.. 👎👎👎I was looking for an app to customize haylou gt1 plus gestures for volume controls.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Qdroid Issues

1. Fix Qdroid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Qdroid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Qdroid App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qdroid" » Open Qdroid » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qdroid » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Qdroid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qdroid servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qdroid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Qdroid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qdroid might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Qdroid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qdroid then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qdroid not working


2. Fix Qdroid Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qdroid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qdroid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qdroid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
