1. When the bug was fixed I received another phone call letting know it was all good! They were awesome!edit: 1/17/19 app updated today and looks like the log in issues are gone.
2. I received a phone call several weeks later to assure me I had not been forgotten and they were still working on the issue.
3. UPDATE: Problem resurfaced and NO ONE will reply from the support center about any work being done to fix the issue.
4. This happened around a year ago and I had to deal with it for several months before it was fixed, sure hope I don't have to wait that long for a fix this time.
5. when it does open cant perform a mobile deposit.App runs even worse then before most current update.
6. I used to be able to use it, now since your update, it keeps saying network Error at this time and will not wor.
7. You're better off just going through the website 👎 Update: It let me login 1 time.
8. I reload the Max app and it works fine one time and then doesn't load again.
9. Why has this not been fixed? Clearly it is an issue many are experiencing.
10. I have tried it multiple times and it does not work.
11. They explained their IT team was aware and working on it but that it might take some time.
