1. We reported it to Horizon twice but the people in Michigan City didn't seem to understand or care which is typical for them.This app consistently removes deposits and withdrawals from the history so it can never be trusted to give an accurate amount for how much is in your account.
2. Better to just switch to literally any other bank as everyone else has seemed to have apps figured out for years while horizon consistently releases updates that seem to do nothing.I use this app regularly and apply every update.
3. Sometimes the balance reflects the pending already taken out, and other times it doesn't show them taken out.

Load time can be a bit slow by today's tap-and-go standards, but I'm never in THAT much of a hurry to use my banking app, but this app isn't beyond my tolerance for something I want to initiate a pretty secure connection.I can't tell if this is an app problem, or a bank problem, but either way its unacceptable.
5. When I go to the bank for a balance, it doesn't show the pending amounts.
6. When I log in to deposit checks, the error page says "You must be logged into our mobile app to deposit checks." Not sure how you can even get served that page without being logged in.
7. We need an accurate reading of our balance.The transfer money feature is constantly malfunctioning.
8. I'm deleting it.What is going on? Normally we don't have an issue with the app, but for some reason it is showing pending withdrawals that should have been taken out over a week ago.

10. If that stops working, I'm switching banks.Good except it's slow to load and you can't use the back button on your phone to navigate between pages.
11. It used to be give or take a few dollars maybe, but over the past few weeks I've had balanced display that are several hundred dollars off from what the actual available balance is.
