If you set up auto payments or direct withdrawals often then that is a major downside and it's why I've stuck with Capital One for over 10 years despite them not have any physical bank locations.A little more information about transactions would be helpful as an option for verification of a purchase.

2. I don't know if this is an app issue or just a consequence of how the bank does its processing, but, to me, it is unacceptable when other banking apps can send you a notification the instant a transaction is made on your card.

3. I might be late on my payment because I have to prove my external account exists and yet they won't approve it.Feels so close to some great budget/spending information, but doesn't quite get there.
