1. It gives message " Trying to log on very busy now " ! It uses up you battery because it wont go off without shutting your phone off ! I absolutely HATE it !!!Android user Frustrated! I have waited patiently, uninstalled/reinstalled many times for 2 weeks now with no luck...Same issues as others, stuck on log in screen and IF it does sign in shows balance info then grey screen.

2. I've spoken with multiple people and tried multiple things to fix the problem! I think I've uninstalled and reinstalled and ran updates at least 7 times by now! And the pending purchases are super deceptive! Supposed to have overdraft protection so that it declines purchases, but it doesn't!!!!Everything takes so long to pend that sometimes you can't even SEE your transactions until the next day, let alone have it be visibly taken out of your balance.

3. I can, but I certainly dont want to, nor do I expect to, but there we are.I used to love this app but when they updated their website I now can't pay multiple bills at one time because when I go to the bottom to send multiple payments you can not see a submit button.

4. I have been using the Capital City mobile apps since they first came out with them (there were separate banking & mobile deposit apps back then).

5. It's super frustrating to keep track of my balance in my spending when I can't even log into my bank to check.

6. It turns out that the actual picture taken is "normal" but the view when attempting to align it with the check is off.

7. Now when I take the picture of the check the camera view is rotated 90 degrees.

8. I have had no consistent issue with this one (which, contrary to some reports, does include mobile deposit) until lately.

9. if I do manage to get beyond that and see my account it works for about 10 seconds and then the screen just goes grey.

10. Now will not take the picture of the endorsement at all unless you back out 1 menu screen then reload.

11. No problem signing on through the website but not as convenient as mobile app was!App turned craptastic.
